Responsibilities:

• Support commercial activities and business development initiatives.
• Identify and follow up on potential clients and business opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support commercial activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other commercial documents.
• Maintain good relationships and communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor quotations, proposals, and business opportunities, including follow ups.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and other departments regarding commercial activities.
• Maintain and update customer, quotation, contract, and commercial activity records.
• Prepare commercial reports and monitor sales and business development activities.
• Support the Commercial Manager in meetings, negotiations, and other commercial activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major; preferably Business, Management, Marketing, Shipping, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial, sales, business development, or related roles; marine/shipping experience is preferred.
• Able to prepare and submit quotations.
• Able to understand and perform costing calculations.
• Understand TCE (Time Charter Equivalent) standards and calculations.
• Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
