Minimum a Diploma holder or equivalent (preferably in Maritime Business & Shipping) or Bachelor degree (preferably in logistics, shipping, & commerce).
Preferably those who has experience in related field.
Understand professional etiquette.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Monitoring vessel movements, ROB bunker, fresh water and tank cleaning material.
Monitoring smooth operation at loading/discharge port.
Minimizing vessel delays.
Ensuring vessel operation is done based on SOP.
Collecting and analyzing vessel data (such as: speed, bunker, pumping rate, cargo, etc.) comply with Charter Party.
Assist on fleet bunkering plan.
Assist in the monitoring of bunkering operations, including nomination of bunker survey and analysis of Bunker Delivery Note (BDN) and bunker loss.
Assist to provide to Demurrage Team all operational documents required for the claims process.
Selecting and appointing agents to be in charge at port.
BUT not limited to:
Proposing stowage plan to Master.
Sending shipping instruction to the vessel and asking Master confirmation.
Preparing voyage checklist.
Filing voyage documentation.
Sending daily update vessel schedule/movement and ETA notice to all related parties.
Coordinating with vessel, port captain and charterer to minimize problems (operation matter)
Following up charterer’s claim.
Checking report for management review.
Preparing Freight Order + Freight Invoice to be submitted to Accounting Department.
Assist in issuance of daily and Monthly reports for Fleet Status.
