Human Resource & General Affair (HRGA) is responsible for managing human resources functions as well as general office operations to support smooth, efficient, and compliant business activities.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Manage employee data, payroll support, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and handle employee relations.
Oversee office facilities, assets, inventory, and daily operational activities.
Coordinate with vendors and support operational needs (transportation, accommodation, business trips).
Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and assist in company events.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HRGA or similar role is preferred.
Good understanding of HR processes and Indonesian labor regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good problem solving and time management skills.
