Job Summary:

Human Resource & General Affair (HRGA) is responsible for managing human resources functions as well as general office operations to support smooth, efficient, and compliant business activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Manage employee data, payroll support, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and handle employee relations.
  • Oversee office facilities, assets, inventory, and daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support operational needs (transportation, accommodation, business trips).
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and assist in company events.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HRGA or similar role is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good problem solving and time management skills.
