Job Description

1. Monitor, and report on the day-to-day maintenance operations and performance of assigned teams in collaboration with onboard management. This is to ensure that all safety, quality, energy efficiency, and environmental requirements are met.
2. Analyze and process maintenance-related goods requisitions from each vessel.
3. Maintain inventory on vessels and perform various clerical tasks.
4. Verify repair requisitions from each vessel.
5. Ensure that comprehensive and up-to-date records are maintained during and upon completion of dry-docking and repairs. This includes both actual and anticipated expenses, as well as the quality of work and products involved.
6. Maintain updated and detailed specifications for the vessels under management in the office.
7. Determine repair specifications for dry-docking, maintenance, and surveys, while identifying the most cost-effective methods for their completion.
8. Select and oversee subcontractors for vessel maintenance and related services.
9. Ensure that the documentation and filing system adheres to the company's code of conduct.

Requirements

1. Preferably, Female with maximum age of 25.
2. Good time management; resource allocation and scheduling; budget planning and facilities management.
3. Fresh graduates are allowed to apply.
4. Smart-worker and able to work under pressure.
5. Punctual, precise, and having a positive “Can Do” attitude;
6. Strong commitment to the Company’s Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Management goals and objectives;
7. A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously;
8. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite;
9. You are required to domicile in or around BANJARMASIN.
